Riley's Pharmacy is an authorized yellow fever vaccination center in Glendale. If yellow fever vaccination fits your trip, you leave with your dose and your signed ICVP yellow card the same visit, ready to travel with your passport.
Hours: Mon to Fri 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Sat 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM, Sun closed.
Authorized yellow fever center$49 standard, $59 express, seen within 2 business days, and $25 for each companion traveling to the same destination. Vaccine coverage varies by plan and patient, so ask us for details. The consult is a separate charge.
The certificate
Not every pharmacy or clinic can give this vaccine. Riley's is an authorized center, so we fill out, sign, and stamp the ICVP yellow card in person.
Your yellow card is not considered valid until 10 days after your dose.
Some countries require proof of vaccination at entry. Others only ask for it if you are arriving from a country where yellow fever is present.
Who we see
Yellow fever is present across parts of Africa south of the Sahara, and travelers headed there commonly need to show proof at entry or when connecting through certain countries. Your pharmacist reviews your route and tells you what your itinerary calls for.
Yellow fever also shows up in tropical parts of South America, and vaccination is discussed for more areas than many travelers expect, including parts of Brazil beyond the Amazon. Bring in your itinerary and your pharmacist will confirm what applies to your route.
We are currently accepting children 12 years and older. Book everyone heading to the same destination together, and each additional companion is $25 for their consult.
If your trip is close, ask about the express option. You can be seen within 2 business days, so a late booking does not have to turn into a missed trip.
The visit
Your visit starts with a short consult, where your pharmacist reviews your trip and confirms what your itinerary calls for. If yellow fever vaccination fits your trip, you get the dose that same visit, and your pharmacist fills out, signs, and stamps your ICVP yellow card on the spot. If your route calls for other travel vaccines, those are often handled in the same visit too, so you leave prepared instead of coming back a second time.
Hours: Mon to Fri 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Sat 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM, Sun closed.
